LEAD (Leadership, Exploration, Association and Direction) is an activity-filled period that introduces you to all aspects of your new life as a full-time MBA student. Between September 21-25 and 28-29, you are exposed to concepts in leadership, team building and presentation skills; explore the resources of the Foster School and UW; start building relationships with your peers as well as the faculty and staff of the business school; get direction in starting your professional development process, and begin your core classes in Leadership & Strategic Thinking. All new MBA students are required to attend LEAD. The dress for LEAD is casual.
